Request Fulfillment Workflow

Once you have the reference call scheduled or any other status that you need or want to send an update you can send a note to the Requestor. Be sure to click save and respond.

An email can go to the Requester if you select Save and Respond.

Put your text to the Requester in Note to Requester field.

Once date of call occurs update Request status, Fulfillment status, date and (new note to requestor if they want to be notified)
