# Connect to Workfront

This section covers how to establish your Workfront Connection within SlapFive's Embedded Integration.

To protect the security and privacy of your Workfront data, SlapFive's Embedded Integration eliminates the need for you to email or message us with your login credentials. You or your Wrike Admin can simply connect right from within SlapFive. You only have to do this once and it will be used for all automated workflows and data synchronization scenarios. The login data is then encrypted and stored within the Embedded Integration.

1\. In SlapFive, go into **Settings**, and click on the **Integrations** sub-tab.

2\. Click the **Workfront Connection** box to expand it. Enter the following fields and click **Connect**.

* [ ] **Authentication type:** Select **API Key**. [Click here](https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/administration-and-setup/manage-wf/security/manage-api-keys) for instructions on getting your Workfront API Key.
* [ ] **API key:** Paste your Workfront API Key.
* [ ] **Sudomain:** Paste your Workfront subdomain name as found in your Workfront URL.
* [ ] **API version:** Leave this set to the default version.

Once you are successfully connected, the button should now say **Disconnect**, and you should see a green <mark style="color:green;">**Connection success**</mark> message.
