# Companies & Members

### Companies

Organizations that Members are associated with. A Company can have multiple Members and can be tracked using attributes such as industry, company size, location, customer tenure, products used, and competitors replaced.

### Members<br>

People tracked in SlapFive, including active, inactive, or prospective participants. Members typically represent customers but can also include employees, partners, or thought leaders. Member profiles contain personal details, company associations, and engagement metrics. The terms “members” and “contacts” are used interchangeably.
