This workshop runs in parallel with kickoff and early discovery. Together, we clarify where your data lives, what will be migrated, and what resources are needed.

Workshop Focus:

• Understand what data and content you have today

• Decide what should be imported into SlapFive

• Define any dynamic custom fields

• Review data formatting for a smooth upload (from spreadsheets or legacy systems)

Preparation: Guided by your completed Data Decisions Questionnaire, required before the session.

Attendees: Champion, SlapFive Customer Success, optional SOPs/MOPs

What to Expect: Roll up your sleeves - we’ll define the automations, workflows, and system integrations needed to launch your first Workstream in 30 days.

Workshop Types (as needed):

• Advanced Reference Automation: Content Suggestions, Recorded References, Requesting & Fulfilling workflows, etc.

• Customer Referrals: One to one and one to many workflows
