Standard vs Dynamic Fields

Standard Fields vs. Dynamic Fields

SlapFive profiles can contain both standard fields our custom dynamic fields unique to your business and values.

Standard Core Fields

Core fields represent foundational information used to identify and organize customers and contacts.

Examples include:

  • Name

  • Company

  • Role / Title

  • Email

  • Geography

  • Member or advocate status

These fields provide the basic structure needed to identify who the advocate is and the organization they represent.

Dynamic / Custom Fields

Dynamic fields allow each organization to extend its SlapFive data model with information specific to its business, customer base, and advocacy program.

Examples might include:

  • Industry

  • Employee count

  • Account segment

  • ARR range

  • Product(s) used

  • Use case

  • Customer lifecycle stage

  • Account owner

  • Customer Success Manager

  • Customer health

  • Reference willingness

  • Speaking willingness

  • Review willingness

  • Analyst willingness

  • Strategic account status

  • Region

  • Advocacy tier

Dynamic fields are especially powerful when information is synchronized or supplied from systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Planhat, or other customer systems.

The goal is not to bring every piece of customer data into SlapFive. The goal is to bring in the data that helps your team make better advocacy decisions.
