Revenue Influence Reports

Revenue Influence helps you understand how customer advocacy impacts pipeline and revenue by connecting customer activities, such as references, reviews, case studies, referrals, and content, to sales

Revenue Influence Over Time

A month-by-month view of the revenue associated with customer advocacy. The blue line tracks the value of closed-won opportunities that were influenced by customer advocacy, while the teal line shows influenced opportunities that ultimately closed lost.

The dashed line provides your average monthly influenced revenue as a benchmark, helping you quickly identify trends and measure the revenue impact of your customer marketing efforts over time.

Win/Loss Reporting

Monthly performance of influenced opportunities. The blue line tracks your win rate, the pink line tracks your loss rate, and the dashed line shows your overall average win rate for the selected period.

This makes it easy to identify trends over time and understand how effectively your customer advocacy efforts are contributing to successful sales outcomes.

Revenue by Influence Event Type

This chart tells that story. It breaks down your closed-won influenced revenue by advocacy touchpoint, showing both the total revenue and the share each activity contributes.

It's a quick way to see which parts of your customer advocacy program are creating the most value for the business.

This table gives you a detailed view of every opportunity that had at least one influence event during the selected time period. For each opportunity, you can quickly see the account name, opportunity name, current stage, close date, deal amount, total influence score, and the number of associated influence events.

It's a great way to move beyond high-level metrics and drill into the specific opportunities where your customer advocacy efforts are supporting pipeline and revenue.
