AI Call Insights Workflow
Define and implement a workflow to capture insights from Gong call recordings and convert them into actionable advocacy, reference, and content opportunities within SlapFive.

Start With Clear Goals
Define what you want to measure or monitor:
General advocacy intent
Existing hidden advocacy
Specific advocacy activity mentions
Customer outcomes & value statements
Align tracker design with business questions you want answered, not just “nice to know.” For example:
“Which customers express general interest in participating in advocacy activities (‘intent’)?”
“Which customers are already advocating for us but whose activities are not being captured in SlapFive?”
“Which customers have mentioned specific advocacy activities (upcoming events, customer story, review, etc.) and need to be followed up on quickly?”
“Which customers are describing clear outcomes and value statements, such as time to value and cost savings”
2. Use Precise Keywords & Variants
Include synonyms, nicknames, and acronyms (e.g., for Salesforce: “SFDC,” “Salesforce.com,” “SF”)
Add common misspellings and spoken shorthand
For products, include both brand names and generic descriptors (“HubSpot” AND “marketing automation”)
Test real transcripts before finalizing
3. Connect to Action
Decide what happens when a tracker fires:
Creates a new Activity in SlapFive (For example: A customer who has mentioned completing a reference call in the wild or participating in a webinar with another team)
Creates a customer voice asset (For example: A customer has described tangible ROI, made a competitive mention, or expressed satisfaction with the resolution of a problem)
Logs a new entry to a Targeted Advocates campaign (For example: A customer has expressed general interest in participating in advocacy activities or a high level of overall satisfaction)
